4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Port Relay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed demurrage deadlines or notification delivery failures.
